Participants acknowledge and agree that snakebite management is a medical emergency requiring qualified professional care, and that decisions regarding diagnosis, treatment, or patient management must be made exclusively by licensed medical professionals in accordance with applicable laws, clinical protocols, and institutional guidelines.

BSV expressly disclaims any and all liability, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use, misuse, reliance upon, or interpretation of the training modules or their contents. This includes, without limitation, any claims for personal injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind.
